Is This Allowed?

If me and a friend made 100 3 player games and both joined each one, we announced an alliance at the start of each game and proceeded to give each other the game, one wins 50 games, the other wins 50 games, a net gain of near to 500 points and as far as I can see, its legal... :? Could you do this and would it be allowed...

I know is is unsportsmanlike behaviour...

(I do not intend to do this) :)

Premeditated alliances should not be allowed.

Since you would announce it immediately, it would technically be legal, however, you could count on receiving 100 negatives each and ending up on most peoples ignore lists.

also, it is not illegal, however, if the same two players make a habit of it, they will probably be blocked...

it is legal and it can be done without any punishment. not even blocking of the 2 players.

this is just another way to abuse the current system.

which leads me to my abuse methods list that i talked about in the "cheating to get to conqueror thread".
i already said i know a few ways. this is the second. the battle royale was the first. it seems people are starting to put their mind and discover all of them. i have 3 more. can you guess??

 Points here I come

(J/K)

really tho, if someone did it, they couldn't be punished and will be on 100's of ignore lists but with the amount of players on cc they could still keep doing it and gaining points! :)

why do you play?

Are you playing for some meaningless ranking or are you playing for the fun and the challenge of the game?

Unwritten Rules

Obviously any gross abuse of the game is forbidden. This includes but is not limited to: throwing games, intentional deadbeating, serial teammate killing, hijacking accounts.

This would probably go under the unwritten rules. It also is specific in throwing games, which is clearly what this plan involves. This is not legal.

As misterman so clearly pointed out, intentionally throwing games is illegal. So even with the announced alliance you and your partner would be intentionally throwing games and should be prepared to face the consequences of such actions. This scheme is covered by the unwritten rules.
