Gamefinder

I would like to make a suggestion regarding the gamefinder function. Could this be set to allow selection of multiple games, or to remember my settings when I go back into it after selecting a game. It's frustrating to have to keep re-entering my criteria.

Or have I missed a piece of functionality which will do just this?

Any answers appreciated, including if I have posted this to the wrong place!

Thanks

Mark

hit the back button on your keyboard or your browser's toolbar

you will be taken back to the list of games that met your search criteria

Yeah, you basically are reading his post wrong.

Anyway, the way I work around this is after I search and have the list of games, instead of clicking on join, right click on join, and in the dropdown list, click "open in new tab" or "open in new window". It's not perfect, but it gets the job done without throwing away your search results and starting over for each join. Also, I find that after a few right click joins I have to close the newly open windows or tabs if I want to open more. You can also right click on "awaiting players" link to verify which ones you successfully joined, again without losing your find results.

If I remember right, the search results are the one page that you can't click "back" to get to, it gives you page expired or something like that I'm pretty sure.

hit the button twice - the first takes you to that page, the second to your search results.
i use IE6, so i don't know if it works in other browsers.
