Good luck.

if you want to avoid the lags, just PM me to find out when i have my turns scheduled. sometimes, the large number of my fanclub members logging on to view my turns, can slow down the site. if i don't answer fast enough, either fwblb or happy2see you can let you know my plans (co-founders of my enormous fanclub). sorry for the lag, but i'm just that much of a CC GOD!!!-0

I spent the whole day working on the server. We have made progress and some of today's lag was the result of me mucking around. But there is more work to do...

You know....funny thing is, I'm on this site for at least 6-7 hours a day and I rarely have any lag, and when I do, it isn't very significant. So I have a hard time understanding what all of you are talking about.

Maybe you just need faster computers...... :D

When I'm here at school or my girlfriend's house, I rarely have any problems. At home my wireless signal is not very powerful, so that notices and slight server lag. But here it's nearly perfect, so I don't notice lag. That's my view at least.

Ajax

The computer is not the problem. The server and Ajax are. Have never had a problem till the mandatory Ajax. Before, when I could turn Ajax off, no problem. Now, that I cannot turn Ajax off, I have problems.

When it gets really bad I have to uninstall Bob, (yes its the Ajax compatible Bob) reinstall and then it works for a while.

Last night, it was just multiple Server Lost Communication, etc. over and over again. Hit wait 10 more seconds, message again over and over. Hit cancel and reload, just sits there. Very frustrating.

I know Lack is aware of the problem, and in all honesty am not complaining, but I figure the more info he has, they better he may be to diagnose the problem.

it isn't a problem, he already fixed it. he just called me last night and set up a schedule for me to take my turns. that way, my overwhelming number of fans that watch my turns, won't slow the site down. i am basically designated time during the off peak CC hours. if you need the schedule, you can contact the co-founders/co-presidents of my fanclub, fwblb or happy2seeyou. i apologize for slowing CC down over the recent weeks. i was not aware of how truly large my fanclub had become.-0

Actually He is a liar... he forgot to mention that we both took turns at the same time, meaning that both of our fan clubs were online. Also, we share about 20% of the same die hard fan members, so that leaves 80% of each of our clubs all online at the same time and then also the 20%.
