Damn deadbeats. I joined a doubles games and my partner deadbeated without taking a turn which left me against 2 players.

The game is just about to end after 11 turns and if I'd gotten a little luckier with some cards, I might have either won this or made it a lot closer.

Was just wondering if anyone else had had any success in a 2vs1 scenario from the start?

Game number is 1196733 by the way.

yep many people have won doubles games where their partner deadbeated.
if you're good/lucky and the other team is bad/unlucky then you will win.

I played 1 vs 2 from round 12 and lasted til round 26 and I finally won 14 rounds later

there has been others I have done this I think where I lasted longer and won, this was fairly recent so I remember it cause of the game chat log, but very difficult to do, considering they were up a fair amount for in total armies and getting to deploy more than me each round as well, but if they make or you opponent makes a mistake you can capitalize to bring it a bit closer.

seriously, i hate when people deadbeat in doubles games. i mostly play dubs to avoid that sort of thing. i assume that most teams must know or have played against each other before and want to team up... oh well.. happens, right?-0
