What to do when your opponent just quits .... ?

What is the best reponse when your oponent (conquest, in this case) in a 2-player game tells you after the second turn ... this game is decided, no point in continuing, "sorry"...
Ironically, he had a slightly BETTER position that my oponent in my last 2-player game (Middle Earth board). I thought I had it won, but Kennerman came up and beat me.
More ironically, he is a non-premium and I am premium, so the extra game doesn't really hurt me. (and with apologies to Lack, I hope this particular guy never goes premium, unless he grows up first) I just think it shows a lack of class and matirity. Any ideas (other than putting this nimskull on my ignore list)?
I have not yet given a neg, but am seriously considering in this case , unless something changes...

YOU keep playing. Don't worry about him. Let him deadbeat or what ever it is he's doing. Be be better person and let him deadbeat. Feel free the give him a neg, you can always edit or delete it later.

play the game but keep in mind he could come back. So play smart and dont think the game is over. As someone said, he could come back.

It got better ... I played, waited for him to come back. VERY shortly after I finished the game, he came back and declared "this is the most boring game ever".
I negged him ... and made it clear the neg was because he just up and left and then complained. His reponse -- to neg me (because I negged him) and called me a "poor winner" for negging him.
I filed a complaint to the feedback department, more for the principal of it than anything else.

Had a guy today, first round started playing then just stoped and left never came back. Didn't finsh his first play. The really sad thing he started the game. I guess he didn't like the drop. But what can you do? Get pissed? Doesn't do any good. No choice but to wait. And leave a neg,if you want. I haven't left a neg yet. But if the deadbeats keep it up.......................
