At the very least, I would suggest using the 8 in Sibera to try and reduce red and blue near Alaska. You might even take your Siberian forces into Yakutsk, and suggesting he move his seven amies south around you, to help him fight Red. You're going to need all the help you can get against the Red Menace it seems...

Take SA and break Europe, kill Alaska. Red is being very foolish by leaving the 19 behind his own 1 army territories so your initial problem will be blue. If you can clear him out of Africa and Europe the game is yours

red is going to get a 10-cash though so we'll see if the dice let him break NA or not...

i can probably wipe out blue next turn and take his cards...but i dont think i will get a mid-turn cash-in for that so is it worth it?

help! he killed blue before i could. so now he has a negligible army advantage, i hold a territory advantage which i think is important to keep, as well as a bonus advantage

Get him out of Europe and NA, and don't let those armies in Siam out, I'd try to put all on S.Europe, attack Ukraine but not advance, and then head through Europe and NA, then fortify back to Ukraine, if you kill all the armies in NA, which should be possible with those 18 plus your bonus you will have as good as won already.
