Conquer Club

Hi, my friend who used to play conquer club told me to write about this problem. His account got banned because his older brother was a multi. Since my friend and his older brother have to share computers, their IP address is the same so the multi hunters think that my friends a multi. But hes actually not. So mods could you please do something about this?
Me and my friend would really appreciate it.

Your friend needs to appeal his own case by filling out an eticket (located under the HELP tab up top). Even a banned account can access eticket.
