where would the best place be to find speedy games that don't require a lot of time?

Well, RT games can be setup via live chat or the callouts forum.

Also, if you have premium, you can set up "Speed Games"

Edit: And if you want a really fast game, use the Doodle Earth map

Speed games have a 5 minute time limit. usually these are 1v1, to shorten the length of the game (15-60 minutes)
