I am new at this so if it is a stupid question I apologise

I was waiting to play my turn and it ran out of time before I could play because someone ahead of me didnt take their turn and I couldnt play because the game wouldnt let me. How does this work?

could you give me a game # so i could find exactly what you are talking about? thanks.
