Can you only leave feedback for "Recently Finished" games?

That seems to be the issue.

You can only leave feedback for games on your Recently Finished page. (the links are there on that page) Once a game is archived, you can no longer leave feedback.

I would assume to prevent people from leaving feedback for an old game just because the person they played gave them a negative impression elsewhere.

If they do something that deserves feedback during the game, it should be posted when the game is finished. Not weeks later.
