Conquer Club

I'm currently in a fogged W 2.1 game and a player just received six armies for holding a sub-continent, but the thing is there is no +6 bonus on this map for any sub-continent. Anyone know where this came from?

Jondalar receives 6 armies for holding ?
Jondalar receives 3 armies for holding ?
Jondalar receives 2 armies for holding ?

If you add up all of the bonuses in Europe, then subtract that from the Europe bonus, you'll have your answer
