My map won't refresh

This is probably the wrong place for this but as one of CC favorite wandering trolls I must know...
How come my map doesn't refresh anymore. It keeps screwing up my board position and I make dumb mistakes when I am trying to guess where my troops are and how many i have left.

is this happening on all maps or just a specific one?

All of them everywhere I play. Refresh does nothing for me. If i want to see how troops have moved I have to exit the game and reenter it. Which resets the option of where you are attacking from and where you are attacking to. When this happens I click attack thinking I will make the same attack I just made only to realize the options were reset and I lose the game.
Any help would be appreciated!

where the hell have you been? this may have something to do w/ running BOB and AJAX at the same time, eh?
