THE ADMINS IGNORE STUPID QUESTIONS, MODS GIVE SMART ASSED REPLIES.

Generally speaking admins are the people that run the site. They create, modify, and maintain the site, and set site policies and procedures. Moderators are generally people that have been elevated by the admins to monitor the message forums.

Generally the moderators have been created as a buffer between the admins and the generally abusive forum population....lol If any big controversy arises the moderators will take the heat. The Admins can claim that they were too busy coding and didn't know anything about it....lol
