Can someone explain to me how radiation effects works?
Not clear to me from the map.
There are 6 radiation territories.
It seems if you:
own 1 - lose 1 army
own 2 - lose 1 army
own 3 - lose none/gain none
own 4 - gain 2
own 5 - gain 5
own 6 - gain 9
So if you only own 1 radiation territory, and only have 1 army on that territory, you can't lose the only army on that territory.
How does this work please?

you lose the army in your reinforcment stage. (when you start off each turn)
