WORLD 2.1 question

I really like this map, but I have a question.

How to Greece, connect to the Ukraine, Italy and Poland? Does it at all? It's covered with the army circle, and I can't see it.

italy connects to france germany poland.

I notice a bonus for pieces of continents, then another bonus for the entire continent.

If a player owns a piece, AND the continent, does the Continental bonus take precedence, or do you recieve both the bonus for the portions, and the bonus for the whole?
