Which will come first the end of the battle royale or 2million games?

The BR is moving pretty fast right now! I don't think we'll have the same problem as they did in BR 3 (a few areas on the map never made early attacks. So there were masses of men all bunched up with no cards and it led to an early stalemate)

It seems like a lot of the map is already cleared out. In the next few rounds we'll probably drop another 10-15 players and then people will start continent grabbing. If a few people grab early leads I say its over within 2 months.

Damn you! And firth we had 5(4 formall) by 1 million, do you really think we can't have one by 2 million?

I'm gonna go with game 2 million. BR5 could easily last longer than 6 months. Now, it took CC 21-and-change months to get to game 1 million. But the games-created numbers have skyrocketed since the introductions of 1v1s and speed games. And the site itself has been constantly growing as well.

A few numbers*, since, I'm drunk and bored:
Game 1: 1-1-2006 (obviously)
Game 10,000: 3-23-06
Game 100,000: 11-14-06
Game 250,000: 2-23-07
Game 500,000: 6-7-2007
Game 750,000: 8-13-07
Game 900,000: 9-19-07
Game 1,000,000: 10-10-07

The upshot is that, even at the current rate of game creation (which is about 100,000 every three weeks), game 2 million should roll around in 7 months, next May sometimes. It will probably be earlier than that, which easily puts game 2 million within the reasonably probable game length of BR5.

*dates are for when the games began

Tho I did put the numbers in some sort of context, and it is interesting that the rate of games created seems to have stabilized since early august, and I did take a stab at predicting when game 2 million might take place.

But yeah, your graph is nice.

I think there's been several times when one person has created a bunch of games (hundreds and hundreds) usually by accident, and they've been deleted by lack manually. Could be one of them.

Those ones were actually me. i was on a proxy at school and I freaked because it wouldnt create the game(little did I know it actually was, but not finishing the page moving). So I went crazy and clicked the join game button a bunch and it created 3000 some games.

I think 2000000 will come first now... BR5 has slowed down a little bit as the last 9 are slowly advancing or trying to stay alive
