If there are 3 players left in a freestyle game that is pretty evenly matched. Noone is going to make any move to disrupt the balance of power. If all 3 players decided to just skip 3 turns, would the game just be a wash? What would happen to the points of the 2 players that were eliminated?

Of course after posting this and looking around I see that there is a q and a area

Nope, it actually is the last to join the game (when all three players begin missing turns in the same round).

They start deadbeating at the exact same moment....they're all kicked at the exact same moment. And yet someone is arbitrarily granted the win. Lack acknowledged it as a small bug, but its about as low priority as you can get. If you deadbeat and someone else gets credit (despite deadbeating also) you are still to blame for losing the points.
