I am making a map and I am almost ready to post it in the map ideas forum for feedback. How do I get the picture of the map on a post though? Thanks Jesse710

You need to do the following:

1. Create a free web account with an image hosting service (imageshack or photobucket or the like)
2. Upload your map there.
3. Determine the web address
4. Post with the img tags

The easiest way that I know of is to host the picture on a site such as imageshack or photobucket. Then all you have to do is include the IMG tags in your post and it should show up.

You don't need an account with imageshack.us (typed into the browser exactly like that, not www anything) to get them to host an image unless your image is really massive. In which case current size restraints will freeze your development.

Please post the map as a topic in map ideas.
