Just noticed mhennigan on the scoreboard and his stats are remarkable:

Score: 2913
Games Played: 121
Games Won: 63 (52%)
Non-premium

Those stats are brilliant for just 121 games. What makes them all the better is the fact that that 52 win percent comes 100% from singles games, mostly 5 and 6 player. Anyone else find this amazing?

I am very interested to hear what Robinette and JR might have to say...

Just so this doesn't detract from your point Robin.... it's just under 90% singles. (won 13 of 16 doubles)

Yes what an absolutely fantastic start!

It's a combination of his success with Paul Hennigan in the doubles games(a relative, I presume) and an effective freestyle strategy. (probably has a smoking hot connection right close to the server also)

if these facts are accurate, than I would say he is off to a great start. With the amount of players that join this site everyday there should be a player every now and than that should be able to accomplish this. I dont know the odds. Not counting players using 3 accounts from the same IP address.

I think im the best, anyone that beats me is a hack.

The problem is when you first join and no one knows you you can win tons of 6 player singles games and rack up huge early points (we saw the same thing from NUKE). It's also nice in the beginning because even if you have a very high score your rank will be low because you haven't won enough games. And when you're playing, all you see is a person's rank, not score unless you click on their profile.

But anyway, thats the best start I've ever heard of so it will be interesting to see how much we can keep increasing that score!

I wouldn't call it odds. Odds is a more accurately success explanation when discussing dice, starting-position, cards etc. But winning games? Well, I would credit the player's overall knowlege, strategy, skill etc. when it comes to that. No one just starts winning over 50% of their games just like that.
