A Conquer Club After School Program

Hey everyone, (Lack specifically) being 16 and a junior at my high school I thought it would be a cool idea to start up a risk club after school. The club would literally be called Conquerclub and the members (Led by me) would be using CC as the battle grounds for our risk matches. I guess the real question I'm asking is if it's ok by lack and the moderates for me to use CC's name as the title and for a bunch of high schoolers to be prowling the site on thursday afternoons. Not being a fan of the long time it takes for our site masters to get through all their pms, I decided to shoot the proposal off here. Other opinions are welcome though :D .

I don't see why you wouldn't be able to use it as a name?

But I like that idea, real-time games to the max after school

would probably be some nice advertising for the site.
and also another incentive for people to buy premiums at your school.

You aren't profiting from it in some way. I'm no legal expert, but it holds the same premise as a chess club. Except this way you are using a very specific brand of chess board.

Plus it could bring around more users to the site, which could spread WOM, etc. Domino effect.

why not play actual risk and spend some time away from your computer..

just a thought.. though i would recommend using the name and encouraging members to play over here.

Well, the problem with using actual boards and pieces and stuff is that it quickly becomes cumbersome since things easily get lost.....plus this way it's free. Another plus is the fact that with CC, there are literally hundreds of different game combinations to choose from where with a regular board there are only a few.

At a bare minimum you would need to submit all names to the multi-hunters for verification because it would pop up a lot of multi-like activity I'm sure :)

Are you sure this is kosher with your school's computer lab policies (if you are doing it in the computer lab?)
