I ould not understand this on first pass. After reading the rest of the thread and read benjij's post translated word for word to French, and it makes sense. I think, though, I am missing the context.

Tout qu'un nouvel jouer doit faire pour atteindre 1400 pointes - Il devra jouer cent jeux, et parmi eux il va gagner au moin dix. Comme tel il attendra mille quatre cent. Vous etes toutes fou et certainment je vai renouvler mon abonment.

Which, translated to English is

A) Simply a not very bright guy with a poor command of English.
