3 missed turns.........then what?

I'm new to Conquer Club & tried to search the forums for an answer to my question, but these forums are MASSIVE!

I've read in the rules that if a player misses 3 turns in a row, they are kicked out of the game.
When that happens, do their armies still occupy countries & continents? & , if so, can you kill all those armies & collect the cards that the booted player once had?

I need to know, because it is looking like all this is about to happen in my 1st game, and I am uniquely positioned to be the only player to be able to make that kill. But it won't be worth it without cards to cash in.

Once they deadbeat their cards are lost... so there is no point in taking them out in a standard game once they are gone. In terminator you will get their points if they have been kicked out, however even then I don't think you get their cards. I tend not to play terminator or against deadbeats so someone else would be better qualified to answer in respect of terminator games.

also, their territories will become neutrals with the same amount of armies.

Let's say, for instance, you have North America & the Deadbeat had secured South America before skipping turns. His armies would be equally distributed among all of his occupied territories? Couldn't this serve as a defensive buffer for you, allowing you to not have to protect that border?

Sorry for the ignorance, I just need to know how to strategize for this.

Here is how the asswipe left us:

2007-08-14 23:49:39 - pepsifan101: peace out yo

+ he placed/fortified 4 armies in each of 2 separate continents on his last turn - continents which I & another player are still working on securing

ok, let's see if I can sum this up.

In normal games the armies become neutral.
In Assassin games the armies become neutral and the player who had to eliminate the deadbeat now has to eliminate the deadbeats target.
In terminator games the armies remain on the board and can be taken out for points.
There is NO redistribution of the armies, if the deadbeat had one on a country it will be one neutral army, if he had 500 armies on one country it will be 500 neutral armies

In team games the armies go to the teammate(s) of the deadbeat, or so I hear, I don't really play team games myself.

In all cases the cards are lost, I'm 99.9% sure of that.

I thought that the teammate of the booted player got the cards, in a doubles game anyways.
