my friend has lost his account unfair what can i do for him?

Today i was online with player : SirSamuelVimes
I've played games with him on conquer club and i've enjoyed them.

An hour ago.. he told me he lost his account on conquerclub because his sister was making multiple accounts.

here is what the guy told me on messenger


if ya don't believe me : pm and i'll send you printscreen of what he told me.
