well I would argue that there are 3 but one of them has the additional title of "conqueror"

I would think so because even if his score didn't change and someone passed him, he would have the title brigadier. Unlike Conqueror, the other titles are not relative to other people's scores but are clearly defined.

i'm just saying TECHNICALLY he's not a brigadier.
