i've tried to add a picture but it didnt work, and i dont know what the text means when you put you mouse over the "img*" box. Does it have to be an image from the internet or one from "My Documents" or what?

Everyone is a noob at some point. You have to ask questions to learn things.

You'd have to upload a picture to the internet using photobucket or something like it. Then you could go to that thread posted above to learn how to put a picture here in the forums.

You don't necessarily need photobucket, if you google an image then you could just use the url, but pictures saved onto your computer will need to be uploaded to photobucket or imageshack

Hotlinking is wrong, always repost the picture on your own space, be it photobucket or otherwise.
