You can’t. The only accepted reason for change is if your username is part of your real name.

John Smith = your name
jsmith28484783 = your username

It’s ok to change.

If it’s not your IRL name then you won’t get accepted change

I recently saw a player get a name change accepted despite the username not being connected to their IRL name.

PM KA and explain your reasoning and he might allow it.

The only other exception I know of is “minor changes”

Like they won’t let me go from IcePack to King Kong but IcePack to *IcePack* would be considered ok

I changed mine from a bunch of letters and numbers to Scarlet Lady. I know of two other players who had complete name changes and one who had a partial name change very recently.

Open a ticket by clicking help on the top right-hand corner of the screen and ask to have your name changed giving a good reason i.e. it has a double meaning.

Huh good to know must have relaxed it at some point then

I keep thinking of changing mine to...supershitsian as more apt for my game play lol
