Premium membership paid

Hello, not sure who to contact. I just paid for an upgrade, and I cannot seem to join any games via the game finder. Who do I contact? Thanks guys.

To follow up on this - you probably have an email in your three inboxes regarding the multiple accounts and what you should be doing to resolve it.

you also need to pay and rejoin on your previous account, not the new one
so make sure you mention that in the support ticket too and they will transfer the payment from this account to your original one.
