game 636280 - What is the deal?

What is the deal with game 636280? It has 30 joined players, yet the game has not yet begun. Is this a trial game, where every territory is occupied by a different person, or is it a glitch?

Looks like a public battle royale. The settings are insane and I have no ide how that guy got to make it but what the hell! I'm in!

it looks like its gonna have enough players for only one territory each :S in which case every time someone conquers someone will be eliminated most ikely in the first few rounds :S

What is BR4?
Anyways, the map has 44 territories, and there are 50 joined plaers. So I doubt it is a real game.
