feedback question [Outdated]

what is the time frame a player is permitted to leave a feedback?

example: can an ACTIVE player wait 3 months with no games played during that time frame between the two and than be permitted to leave a feedback?

if it was such a hot issue you would think the feedback would have been left right after the game was completed ?

Ive just had someone leave a negative 2 months after the game finished.

I just reported it and hoped for the best.

There is no time limit on leaving feedback.

you dont think waiting 3 months isnt abusing the feedback system? there were no games played during that time frame and now all of the sudden comments were left about a game that dont even apply. the feedback is just simply worded correctly so its not erased. keeping in mind that 2 were already deleted from this player last week for trying to leave bogus feedback.

i mean seriously, if there isnt rules and guidelines to follow, than why bother have a feedback system?

I can understand the fact that the player may have gone on vacation for a week and the game ended while he was gone....but 3 months ?

Any alternative seems to be an arbitrary determination of when feedback can no longer be left. It seems to me to be the lesser of two evils.

3 months does sound like a long time, but maybe a situation could arise where such a player went on vacation, completely forgot about the game, and then 3 months later was browsing through finished games, started another with one of the other players involved (assuming not 2 player) and got remided or something. although from everything else you said sounds like they just have a grudge....but i'm just trying to argue for the unlimited feedback timelimit :P

well you dont leave a shop without checking your change, go back 3 hours later and claim your missing 10 pounds and expect them to believe you, do you?

the next time I have a legit reason for negative feedback I'll wait a year or two to leave it.

LOL. You should.

EDIT: I was intrigued by your idea. So I left some feeback for a game back in April 2006. Funny stuff. Hope the guy is still active and notices. Guess that will make him wonder... Funny shit indeed.

Although I joined in July, I think you can leave feedback with a game you finished whenever you want .
