If you put someone on your ignore list, does that also mean that their private messages will be blocked too?

Though, someone, if I put myself on my ignore list, does that mean I can't join in games that I'm gonna join in cause I'll be playing with the person on my ignore list?

but the only way to figure it out is to put ur self on ur own ignore list and see what happens

but i think it will say u cant add urself to ignore list

If you put somebody on your ignore list, they cannot join games that you're in. However, you can still join games that they have already joined.

I'm sure they already got that.

No one forces you to read any PMs you might get. If you don't want to read one from someone on your ignore list, just delete it w/o reading it.

luckily this is not the case. the ignore list stops people PLAYING with you. you can still communicate via PM

Whether or not I read the message, it's still the fact that I'm getting messages from annoying little turdburgers that I don't want to read or have to bother deleting. Thing is it is hard to come up with an overall rule for this kind of thing. In some instances like yours it would clearly be better if you could not PM someone who's ignore list you were on.

However, there are instances in which being able to PM someone on your ignore list is a good thing. I am on wickeds ignore list, or so i have been told because she does not want to play with me. However, she is still a mod and instances could arise when i need to talk to her as a mod, regardless of whether im on their ignore list.

My only advise would be just to completely ignore the PMs you are getting - they will give up eventually im sure.

yeah thats fair enough. like i say, ignoring would be your best chance i think. how long has this been going on for?

He's been posting threads about me left right and centre, and he's only just resorted to sending me PM's. He says it's because he doesn't want to fight it out in the forums where I am hiding behind everyone else, but it's really because every time he opens his mouth he gets flamed for it.
No biggie, as soon as I've been eliminated from my two active games I'll be done with CC anyway.
