Is there any way to drop out of a game honorably?

Postby pwnr on Sat Jun 17, 2006 1:04 pm

I joined a game thinking i would be able to finish it in the 12 days i had before vacation, unfortunately there are 2 deadbeats which waste 6 days of the game, i want to pull out now but don't know how? is there some way to do this? I don't want to play until the end and then have to deadbeat myself. The other option is to get a friend to finish the game when i leave but i'm not sure i trust their judgements as much as i trust mine.

Well the second deadbeat is almost gone so we'll actually get to play soon. Unfortunately Chris in Seattle just said he had to leave for 48 hours also. I'll be around and I've been checking pretty often so I'll try to move it along to see if we can't finish before you leave. If not, I won't hold it against you

thanks, i'll leave it for my friend to finish but i hope we can get to a late stage in the game. Then i can just sort of point his noobishness in the right direction :)

Yes there is: or you let a freind play, jugment good or not, its better then deadbeating, wich is annoying for all players.
Or
If you had enough and you wanna quite, then first attack all you can untill you have only one's left, thats the honourable way to exit a loosing game.
I fact that you fight untill the end, is for me a sign of Honour, and therefore i will respect such exit's!

Just attack the other players equally much, and get rid of as many cards as you can if you go with Stargazers option.
