cheaters still playing [Outdated]

I am new to the site and have a newbie question. My understanding is that when someone is caught cheating their account is revoked. I have noticed that i am currently in two games with people who have been accused of and found guilty of having multiple accounts. I read in another thread that a person determined to be cheating is allowed to finish out their current games. That may explain one of the convicted that I am playing with but not the other (the one that got me looking into the cheating topic). He was not only accused several times but found guilty at least once back in april. how is it that he is still playing and continues cheat (as far as I can tell). I not calling anybody out yet. Just looking for information.

He probably upgraded to premium. If you upgrade, you can start playing again.

does that mean you wont get booted if you are a premium member?

Pretty much - you pay another $20 and you can play again while the other account is terminated. However, I do believe that counts as a last chance
