Quitting a game

Hello,
So, I'm not an extremely active player, so every time I come online there are so many more options available.
I started a game a few minutes ago and a vile player joined who has insulted me and I didn't even have interest in finishing my turn with her. I did make her a foe so it wouldn't be an issue in the future, but is there a way to just quit the game or is my only option just to let it time out my three turns? I've never had this issues before, but I have no interest in playing the game out.

Thank you :)

Sorry mate, but intentionally dead beating is frowned upon.

Guessing it means there's no forfeit button? :-b
Alrighty, but I see making her a foe removed the conversation from chat :). I just get called names enough M-F at work by customers, don't really need it while gaming.

A lot of people say mean things online. That's what foe button is for if it bothers you. Nothing they said was against the rules here, and no quit games button.

As someone else said, intentionally losing games can actually get you in trouble. I would for them, finish the game, move on.

My advice would be to finish the game and give appropriate feedback There's no forfeit button though, no. Foe and move on is the standard suggestion.

I never said what the person said was against the rules or should be reported in any way. Just in the over 700 games I've played I've never been insulted and even though the world is used to trolls and trash talk, I still do not appreciate it in my gaming. I love board gaming and when it's been a week or so since I've played with real people, I hop online. The matter has been resolved, it was just a question wondering if there was an option. Thank you.

Rather than let your turns expire, and your attendance get hurt. Let me recommend the following.

Start the game, click deploy as soon as is offered (don't look at the map, the chat, or anything else). Then click end twice.

This saves your attendance. Saves the time of the other people who are stuck playing with this person. It is very low stress because you just have to click a couple of times.

And occasionally, in a game that runs a long time, everyone has gotten used to ignoring you. You look up and have a 50 stack. You decide to look at the map and you have a chance to eliminate the --------- person. Sweet revenge or at least a mild chuckle.

Wow

My reaction exactly. I've been called a multi, a cheat, and a whole slew of stupid stuff by sore losers. If you played that many games without some dopey chicken calling names, you're lucky. LOL. Rather than get insulted, I find it funny.

2016-02-29 21:09:12 - thegreyduck: I'm sorry I forgot to play earlier today! Honestly, getting quite distracted by making plans for a threesome and totally forgot to jump on this site.
