Signature Tournament Medals

I'm trying to figure out a way to create some "Winner's Medals" for the tournaments I'm running. Just something small to put in the winner's signature if they want them for a little recognition.
My problem is 1. I personally don't have any graphic design knowledge and would like for them to look very professional, and 2. I am still very confused as to how to get them into the peoples signatures with those fancy codes and whatnot.
