Off the top of my head japan_jeff and JTKALLTHEWAY used to be pretty bad.

he has the highest that I know of. Stooker and Medal of Honor have 24. I may have seen someone with 30 something already too.

The response there is great, of all the things he could have picked apart (lurn, loose, or pist), he went with bucks which at least in the US is common slang for dollars. I'm still trying to figure out what playing games in two is, but I think he was trying to rhyme a rap here ("learn how to play games in two, don't forget you just new!" oh yeah I can feel that beat).
