Qustion about dice rolls

Even though I joined this game some years ago I have never played it until recently. I have just started to play this game and at first it looked very fun.
But then I started to play some more games and the results of my dice rolls are ALWAYS negative.
Its either I am rolling 1-2-1, 1-2-2, etc or my opponent rolls 6-6, 6-5.
You know when it happens in one battle. I would hit my hand on the table and say "Oh noes, I am so unlucky" and try next time. But then it happens in the next turn. And in the next turn. (It was like spending 8~9 soldiers to get a territory guarded by 2 ! )
Not only that game. It happened in another game too. In another map too.
And these are not normal losing. Do I have 6 soldier? Enemy has 2? Hmmm, maybe I can win. Lets attack. BAM! He rolls 6-6. Very good.
Every f.. time!
I mean normally when I play at home with my friends on a real board. Such things never happen. Ofcourse there are times where someone rolls bad dice over and over again. But in the long run one can see the balance of it.
Then I noticed a thread in the forum about dice rolls. I didnt read it all because that guy was accusing the CC management etc. I dont know what is going on here. But down that page I saw the post of Doctor Spin. He said:
So, my questions are:
1) How are the dice rolls calculated in this game?
2) Are the outcomes of dice rolls related to the profiles of players (aka. ranks) ?
I would appreciate an answer from a game admin or mod. Because even though this game is promising so much fun if the dice are manipulated there are no reason to waste time here.
