No Spoils with a round limit

Is it me or is the worst setting for a game to be in the lead going into the final round. Too many times has some complete idiot attacked me and knocked me into second place for some unknown reason.......I have NEVER EVER hit the first place guy just because. Would I hit him if I had a chance to win ? Of Course. Would I ruin his game once I realized I was not going to win as it just happened to me again? OF COURSE NOT. I hate this setting..........what do you guys think??

I tend to agree.
Unfortunately, I don't know of any good alternatives. No Spoils games that turn into stalemates suck just as bad.

If it is sunny, then it's really bad yeah. I agree.
I also hate when every player from 2nd to last position is doing nothing to stop the leader while they could team up. Worse is when I explain them we should team up to bring the leader down and they keep stacking waiting and lose at the end. Such a boring useless game when this happen.
Btw even worse is playing this kind of game on a map with no bonus like Circus maximus, no strategy, no incentive to attack. Worse game ever.
