It's doing it again

I have a brand new PC*, and superb connection. I am having no problems with any other page, and still... Two minutes to load a page on CC. ANd the "good old" time out, wait ten seconds message when attacking. Not all the time. But Yesterday and today it's been happening roughly half the time.

Windows 8.1, Firefox. No add-ons. (Using Panel Interface)

Is anyone else having problems again?

*To be specific the Computer is 2 months old, so it isn't so brand new that IT could be the problem.

at the moment no. Though, do you mean you pay for a great connection or did you actually measure your connection? Maybe your provider was performing some maintenance or something.
