best country at risk

what country do you think is the best at playing risk (examples; the Russians are generally considered among the best at chess, the Canadians at hockey and so on). A quick look at the score board shows an Australian on top, but the Americans take the next 5 in a row. The Canadians make an appearance followed by another 4 Americans. After that there is a decent smattering of country's. I will up on the poll a few of the top ranked players country's, but if you would like me to add more just let me know which ones and I will add them to the poll. If I run out of space for new country's I will start deleting the ones with the fewest votes.

it's normal that the top players are american. they represent the vast majority of players on this site.

other coutries may have better players but pehaps CC is not popular there.

in conclusion usa has the best, the worst, and the most risk players on this site.

I voted United States, but they might not be the best, they just have the numbers which make then seem the best.
Close second would definitely be Canada.

Rather than an unscientific opinion poll, you might want to wait until the Conquer Club World Championships tournament is resolved. That should pretty much answer the question.

This poll is ridiculously biased, count the number of people that use this forum who are from USA and then count the rest, Americans greatly outnumber forum users from other countries. Also I would be shocked if any of them voted for anyone else other than USA.

Also claiming Americans are the best judging from the leaderboard is also non-sensical. The percentage of people who use this site from the USA must be somewhere close to 60/70% which means you would expect the top players to be from the USA.

AND WHERE IS BRUNEI DARUSSALAM!

That was more than 50 games ago, and I've barely lost a point

Aussies are the best (per capita) for sure :D But it's fun playing against players from all countries.

Yes, gibbom has only lost 56 points in over 50 games since the BR... a great achievement in itself. :)

There are 2 Australian players in the top 22... a good achievement given the size of our population... so my vote is with the Aussies - go Aussie go!!! :P

Seriously though, there are great players from all over the world... no one best country IMHO.

Thank you very much, Australia does rule even though there aren't that many people who play on this site.

The results for the poll would be almost identical if the question was ''where are you from?'' rather than what it is now.......

I know. Except more people will check the "where are you from" one probably.
