Why are dice against the neutral player perfectly random...

For those of you that never understand the complaints around here; the top image is what random dice actually look like. The bottom image is what people are complaining about...

Actually, that is pretty weird. My bet is that this has to do with the way the dice stats were recorded. (In particular, in relation to the time period of the flawed dice distribution that has been documented in other threads. Here's a possible scenario: you have done the vast majority of your attacks against neutral players since that flaw was fixed, but a significant component of your attacks overall occurred while the flaw was live.) Were rolls against the neutral player always recorded?
