how have you been on the site this long and never had someone ask you for a truce? it is called diplomacy... he is just looking for your help to bring the other player back to a fair fight between the three of you, before he stabs you in the back and takes over the game... i never trust anyone that wants a truce.. truces are a part of the game, but probably the biggest reason I avoid playing 3 player games

I'm with you Fred...although it is a part of the game, I HATE alliances and think team games should be played as such...we all have our opinions.

If you would like to play with a group of folks that NEVER use alliances and play on their own honor, feel free to pm me and we'll get ya in

ps - also cannot see why scott was so rude....in my limited experience with him, he's an honorable player....?

I expect Scott was rude after he saw the above complaint.

However, in Fred's defence it seems he was unaware of diplomacy rules and it is very obvious that English is not his first language.

Not being part of a truce in a 3 player game can have its advantages...as long as you are not involved in a 3 player game that includes a cheat that goes by the name betiko.

Yes, I knew there were exceptions, but since this is for a novice, I didn't think it was worth it to confuse the issue. Also, I think you picked the weakest example of why it's not true. In the time between your 1st and 2nd kill, it could be considered to be a 3 player game. Assassin games, and wins by objective, or round limit can all end suddenly while there are more than 3 active players.

You're speaking in technicalities. Once that mah fucka is eliminated before he ever gets a chance to play as a 3rd player then for all intents and purposes it went from a 4 player to a 2 player.

What kind of useful diplomacy do you think that this "3rd" player will be able to engage in prior to becoming eliminated?

Well first off you will need to get a multi, then using your multi account you join a multi player game that includes Nice Scott, while the game is activated you post a incriminating message on Nice Scotts wall, then you report him and the other guy (multi) for secret Diplomacy.

This is considered underhanded, If you would like the approved method of cheating, you will have to contact player, betiko, he is the only approved CC cheater that I know of.
