If your Teammate or opponent does not show up for a match, drop a message on his wall, then go into said players games (all games played), find him and drop a note in game Chat, letting him know game is up.
If a guy is engaged in multiple speed games it is unlikely he will see a message on his wall.
When It comes to an opponent missing his turn (Missing the entire game)...where is your honor...you allowed it.

English is not my first language, but I tend to think I understand it well enough to comprehend most of the messages here. This however, went far over my head. What are you talking about?

It's not your fault. I don't think English is Gweeedo's first language either.

Simplify; enter a players current game (the game he is currently playing) and drop a note in game chat. Placing a note (game up) on his wall will go unnoticed...place it in game chat also (other game).
Giving him/her no excuses.
As far as the Honor thing, some players don't bother leaving a message(game up) on wall. Who wants to win that way (other than betiko)?
I am not sure this is relevant to most players being that they are set in their ways...knowing everything
If a newb is missing a player (no show), follow the instructions up top...he will show

Do his posts ever make sense? (what context) He seems to understand vocabulary (spell check), but grammar, punctuation and sentence structure don't. (beyond his grasp) Does he talk this way in person...better to remain silent? He lives in US (America), but did he come from somewhere else? (ET phone home) Perhaps his posts are just poetry (haiku/tanka)...only he knows the rules...meant to be broken? Don't think...FEEL!

Situation: Player 1 is currently in a speed game while waiting on another one of his speed games to come up, Game is now up; what are you (player two) going to do when you enter a game and nobody shows up? I suggest you go into his current game (the other speed game that he is currently playing) and drop a note...simple. Few players try to notify a guy when a game is up, if they do it is usually a note put on his wall, bypass his wall and go directly into game chat.
I realize this will remain foreign to most of you...take a win any way you can get it. If you like playing games without an opponent then do nothing but if you are in search of a fun game, follow the instructions at the top of this thread.

i'm sorry... none of this makes any sense to me... i've been on CC for quite some time, as both freemium and premium... i have never had to stalk a person for a game... why wouldn't they show up? huh?! what are you going on about? i really don't get it...-Jésus noir

Maybe you are one of those guys who enter the middle of a game claiming Sorry, I did not get any notice the game was up...figure it out.

why would i do that? how does that even make any sort of sense?! please, continue to stalk people in games, it sounds ABSOLUTELY INSANE... i really think you need to get premium, because all of this whining is pretty much based on your only having 4 games at a time... i take my turns when my turns start, i just don't understand what world you live in that you need to stalk people in their games or walls to take turns...-Jésus noir

What color is the Sky in your world. Who the hell is whining? What makes you think I am not premium.
If somebody fails to enter a game that they have joined, I will notify them, giving them no excuses. Regardless of what you believe, think, understand...players do deadbeat in an attempt to gain an advantage. I posted this because I joined a team game and one of my opponents did not show up until the third turn (how convenient), claiming he did not know the game was up. My opponents teammate was a rookie, I felt sorry that he fell subject to such behavior, even though I had told him to drop a note on his team members wall...he did not. When his teammate finally showed up he claimed bla, bla, bla. I like to know how to rate a player, if he is intentionally deadbeating I will rate him accordingly.
I will stock out deadbeaters! Most players are thankful that I inform them that a game is up, it might give me an in with diplomatic relations...who knows.
why would i do that? how does that even make any sort of sense?!
Why would a deadbeater lie about not receiving a game Notice...why would i do that?
Just Shut it!

I had a shitty day and that's usually the moment I wonder into the Strategy forum, because I got nothing to lose, right... This time I get here and degaston posted two of the most hilarious posts (at least for me tonight). Okay, I missed them by a month, but that shit was good. I will not apologize for my kind of humor and think degaston and I should be together in a bar soon. Sad thing the world's too big.
