hey can anyone tell me please is Cuba a part of the central america bonus on map: world 2.1?

No just Mexico and below , the island's are only included in the whole N.America bonus :)

Is Hawaii needed for any bonus?

Is there written somewhere what must be held in this map to get the bonus'?

Oh, I'm not saying this should be too easy to find. . . I feel this is a competitive advantage by learning these things.

You nead that for the entire Oceania continent bonus but not for East Indies if that's what you mean. It's a really awkward little territory - it's so vulnerable to attack but yet it is worth another 3 armies if you're trying to hold Oceania
