It's a new iniarive by the CD team, to help get new groups interested in clans & try to get new clans started.

Similar to SoC for clans, "claniversity" holds classes but once it fills, the next class has to wait.
I believe potential members are approached by the. CD's directly.

There is no topic related to it?

No there's no topic about it, and fairly new.

People who are in clans already are not meant for the classes, if you have some non clan freemium players that might be interested, you can connect them with a CD and we can discuss with them the classes, timing etc.
