Can't take turn in game with 10 000 plus troops

I am quite annoyed as I am on round 49 of game 14428910 and I can not take my turn. This is the 4th time and I am trying to deploy 20 000 troops which would obviously help me in this game. Can I have an explanation of why this is happening or more beneficially a suspension of the game and a division of the points between the remaining three players.
