Hovering for tablet

Any guess on when I might see the hovering (ability to see attack, movement, etc.) capability come back to my iPad. Everything works fine on the desktop but I can't really play maps I don't know on my tablet without that ability?

Still would like an answer.
Would also like to know when I might see highlighting resorted. (Spoils light up on the map to show you where they are.)
For supposedly making the site more mobile friendly, I have seen nothing but making it worse.
And I have to put up with that annoying go to landscape popup
