If we are not ever opposed in a game, only playing as teams or not at all in the same game, that wouldn't be flagged as a multi then, would it? We'd either be a team, or not playing in the same game.

It could be accidentally, but you would almost always win an appeal if you were never opponents. At the most you might get blocked from playing together if it looked really suspicious, but 99% of the time we'd be able to distinguish that you are two people.
