I guess I never noticed before, but this morning when I turned on my computer I saw an advertisement for World of Warcraft on the side of the "Sign In" page. Is this something new, or has CC always advertised for WoW? Does CC advertise for anyone else? Why WoW? Don't you think the site should advertise for Risk or Hasbro in general?

Those are just a few questions I had. Not such a big deal, as long as I don't have to see ads on all the other pages of the site.

This leads to my next question: are freemiums getting more advertisement than premiums?

Sell ad space, they come up with content. Usually they base it off stuff you've looked at or cookies etc a lot of times I assume these ads aren't much different. I get plenty of game related. / mmorpg stuff. But after viewing travel sites I get some of those ads, etc.

Everyone gets ads at log in, premium don't once logged in. Freemium get ads somewhere while logged in, but tbh I don't know where on the page it's located.

CC doesn't sell it's add space by client, they just sell it as bulk with a targetting based on your cookies.

But really, can CC actually advertise per client instead? Wouldn't that pay more? I mean wouldn't Hasbro be interested in advertising their products on this site?

Back in El Jefe's reign? So...over a year probably?
