Turn Time

How do I start a thread. I just lost because of a total technicality. I had 24 hours to make take my turn 2 hours ago. I hit begin, then got distracted. Now I have lost my turn and it was only 22 hours into my allocated time. Why do you make the time thing so stupid!!! I got penalized for being there at my turn. The clock should be 24 hours and that's it. You are benefiting people who take long. They can arrive at 1 minute left and have hours more game play... I arrived 1 minute into my 24 hours and suddenly 2 hours later, my turn was skipped. How retarded is that???

I even lost my 32 armies that I was about to place because of the spoils... now what? They will be deferred... fucking stupid!!!!!!!

When you begin your turn in a casual game you have 1 hour to complete it from the moment you begin it. (Unless there was less than 1 hour remaining .) If you begin your turn and don't place your armies before it ends those armies are lost.

Well this seems very flawed to me. Both the added hour which is a negative unless you arrive in the last hour then it benefits you. And this lose the armies you didn't place thing. Although that would less of an issue as long as you have 24 hours to complete your turn, no matter when you begin it.

Edit: Oh, unless there was less than 1 hour. I see. Why limit the turn to 1 hour though?

Thanks for creating the thread BTW! Although, really I was trying to post this in suggestions. I suggest you make the turn time the remaining time, not 1 hour.
