my opponent can't see the map

hi,can you help me,i started a new game ,world cup 2014,nr . game 14532883,and i start the game,but my opponent tell me that he can't to see the map,i can see good.
can you help me ,please,tank's !

happened to one of my opponents as well yesterday, it fixed by itself after 1-2 hrs. I just want to mention that it was an old map, so if it is the same case, it is not a bag of the new map.
